My name is Errin Anderson. I have been keeping budgies for 4 years. This year 2005 i have bred over 150 young birds. I was in Partnership with my elder sister Lyndsay but she moved out and i went into partnership with my Dad for 2006. My dad is very helpfull with the budgies as he has kept and bred gloster canaries for over 30 years and also races pigeons very sucsessfully. My Dad wasnt very keen on the budgies at first but now he is very interested in breeding the birds for the show bench. At the moment we have 42 young birds hatched in the last month to date. Hopefully there will be some birds which we can show in 2006. My favorite colour is Light Greens but my dads is any colour as long as there good enough.1/1/06
Here is 2 pics of my favourit bird light green cock hatched 25 sept 2005. At 4 and a half months old he is just finnishing his first moult . He is a big powerfull cock but being so young i hope he grows on a good bit more.
